Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your Octavia product, we will
return or exchange it within the first 21 days. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21
days from the receipt of the original order. It must be returned with more than 85% of product still in
container. Exchange will be granted for similar priced items or fully refunded.
